Load introduction

The introduction of the load into a wall can occur at the top or the bottom of the element, which results in different behaviours. The two examples that follow aim to demonstrate the effect of the load position and to draw some fundamental conclusions. They are based on the behaviour of two walls with a height-to-span ratio of 1.0 (Leonhardt et Walther 1966).
